Culture

Today in class, we discussed the differences in culture and what culture really means. We gave examples like, americans celebrate their traditions certain ways such as July 4th. This is part of the American culture. Im not sure where this takes place but Rashashana(spelled wrong)is a tradition in another country which would also happen to be part of their culture. We learned about the differences in languages and how you can tell where a person is from based on their accent and how they speak a certain way. Jason said that he can tell the differences in the language in china and he can tell what part of china a person is from based on the way he speaks. Also, religion can do with culture. Americans aren't considered a certain religion because there are many different religions within the U.S.A. In the Middle East, however, they are mostly all muslim or islamic.
